Explains only the data processing activities based on your explicit consent: commercial electronic messages, cookie-based measurement and advertising, and transfer abroad. Giving consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time.
1. Purpose
This Explicit Consent Text explains the personal data processing activities carried out by TTEN Teknoloji A.Ş. (“tten”) solely on the basis of your explicit consent, and has been prepared for the purpose of obtaining your approval for these activities.
The full explanation of the purposes for which, the legal ground on which and the manner in which we process your personal data is set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice. This text does not repeat that explanation; it complements it. You are expected to read the Privacy Notice before giving explicit consent.

3. Scope of explicit consent
Your explicit consent is requested for the processing activities below. You may give consent separately for each heading; you may approve one and not approve another.
1 · Processing activity: Sending promotional messages, campaigns and commercial electronic messages · Description: Informing you about new services, campaigns and announcements by e-mail, text message and telephone. Such sending is subject to Law No. 6563.
2 · Processing activity: Cookie-based measurement (analytics) · Description: Analysis of your use of the site through non-necessary analytics cookies and session recording tools. For details see the Cookie Policy.
3 · Processing activity: Cookie-based advertising and targeting · Description: Measurement of advertising campaigns, matching of conversions and display of content relevant to your interests. For details see the Cookie Policy.
4 · Processing activity: Transfer abroad · Description: Transfer of the data collected through the measurement, advertising and session recording tools on our sites to the servers of the providers of these tools located abroad. Details are in section 5.
Analytics and advertising are separate headings: giving consent to one does not mean that you have given consent to the other. Your consent for functional cookies is obtained separately through the cookie notice. It is not included as a separate heading in this table.
Matters outside the scope of explicit consent: the provision of the service, the management of your account, invoicing, handling support requests, ensuring information security and fulfilling obligations arising from legislation are based not on explicit consent but on the other legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law. Your consent is not requested for this processing, and withdrawing your consent does not stop this processing.
Transactional notifications relating to your service are sent independently of your promotional consent.
4. Personal data subject to consent
The data processed within the scope of the above activities is as follows:
Identity information: First name, surname
Contact information: Telephone number, e-mail address
Marketing information: Cookie records, survey and campaign responses, campaign interactions
Transaction security data: IP address, website activity
Customer transaction information: Purchase history and service usage information (solely for the purpose of selecting promotional content according to your interests)
All categories of personal data we process and the purpose for which each category is processed are set out in sections 4 and 6 of the KVKK Privacy Notice.
5. Transfer abroad
This consent does not cover the data on your servers: tten's infrastructure is hosted in Türkiye and the data on your servers is not transferred abroad by tten.
The scope of the consent is the transfer of the data collected through the measurement, advertising and session recording tools used on our sites (Google, LinkedIn, X, Mouseflow) to the servers of the providers of these tools located abroad. The current list of the tools is in section 6 of the Cookie Policy. For example, Mouseflow session recordings are kept in Europe (Amsterdam) and retained for 30 days.
This transfer is submitted for your approval separately and expressly by means of the fourth consent box in section 9. If you do not give your approval, the non-necessary ones among these tools are not run.
This consent does not cover transactional e-mail delivery. Notifications relating to your account (proforma, payment reminder, suspension warning) are delivered through a delivery infrastructure registered in the USA. This transfer is mandatory for the performance of the contract and is not dependent on your explicit consent. Your not giving consent to transfer abroad does not stop these notifications from being sent. Details are in section 8 of the KVKK Privacy Notice.
6. Optional nature of consent
Giving explicit consent is optional. Your not giving consent or withdrawing your consent does not prevent you from benefiting from our services and does not change your service terms. The processing required for the provision of the service is based on other legal grounds, as explained in section 3.
7. Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw the explicit consent you have given at any time:
For commercial electronic messages: by using the unsubscribe link contained in each message.
For cookie-based measurement and advertising: by changing your preferences from the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of the page. You may withdraw the analytics and advertising consents separately. The type you turn off stops at that moment. You may also delete cookies from your browser settings. For details see the Cookie Policy.
In any case: by sending your request to [email protected] or by completing the KVKK Application Form.
Your withdrawal request takes effect prospectively from the moment it reaches us. Processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to the withdrawal remains lawful.
8. Your rights
The full list of your nine rights under Article 11 of the Law is set out in section 12 of the KVKK Privacy Notice. To exercise your rights you may complete the KVKK Application Form. Your application is concluded as soon as possible and in any case within thirty days.
9. Declaration of explicit consent
I have read and understood the KVKK Privacy Notice prepared by TTEN Teknoloji A.Ş. I give my explicit consent, of my own free will, to the processing of my personal data in respect of the processing activities I have ticked below:

Consent is obtained online: the consent boxes are displayed in the membership and purchase flow, none of them come pre-ticked and each box can be ticked separately. Your consent record (date, time, channel) is stored in our systems in a manner that can be proven. No wet signature is taken.
