1. Purpose
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on the websites operated by TTEN Teknoloji A.Ş. (“tten”), for what purpose they are used and how you can manage your preferences.
Where the data collected through cookies qualifies as personal data, the purposes and legal grounds of processing are explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice and the general framework in the Privacy Policy. This policy does not repeat those documents.

4. Definition of a cookie
Cookies are small text files saved to your device (computer, tablet, telephone) when you visit a website. They enable the site to recognise you on your subsequent visits, to remember your preferences and to measure use of the site.
In this policy the term “cookie” also covers other technologies with a similar function (local storage, pixels, tracking tags).
Cookies must be distinguished in two respects:
By duration: session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain on your device for a certain period.
By source: first-party cookies are placed by the site you visit itself, while third-party cookies are placed by external services used on the site.

You can turn the three types that require consent on and off separately. Accepting one does not mean that you have accepted another. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off because they are required for the operation of the site. The selection steps are explained in section 7.

7. Cookie consent
Cookies other than strictly necessary cookies run only after you give your consent.
Notice. On every domain where we run cookies or tags requiring consent, a cookie notice is displayed on your first visit to the site. Today these tools run on tten.net and store.tten.net. No measurement or advertising tag is used on core.tten.net. In-panel cookie preferences are managed from the Core Panel settings.
Equal options. On the first screen of the notice, the Accept all, Reject all and Manage preferences options are presented together with equal prominence. Rejecting does not require more steps than accepting.
Selection by type. On the Manage preferences screen you can turn functional, analytics and advertising cookies on and off separately. All switches start in the off position. No pre-ticked box is used. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off; they are shown on this screen for information only.
Before consent. Until you make a selection, analytics and advertising tags are not loaded at all: they do not place cookies, do not write records to local storage and do not send any request to the providers. At that time only strictly necessary cookies run.
If you reject. None of the tools of the type you reject are loaded. Your preference is stored and the notice does not appear again on every visit in the same browser.
Record of your preference. Your selection is stored in your browser's local storage (the selection you make on tten.net) and is preserved until you delete your browser data. This record remains on your device and is not sent to our servers.
Withdrawal. You may withdraw your consent at any time, by type or entirely. The relevant tags stop the moment you withdraw. Withdrawal takes effect prospectively; it does not retroactively invalidate data that was processed lawfully up to that moment.
Changing your preference. You may use the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of the page or delete cookies from your browser settings.
8. Cookie management from browser settings
Independently of your preferences in the cookie notice, you may also delete or block cookies from your browser's settings. The steps vary from browser to browser:

9. Your personal data processed through cookies and your rights
Data collected through cookies is processed under Law No. 6698 to the extent that it qualifies as personal data. The purposes of processing, the legal grounds and transfer information are explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
The full list of your rights under Article 11 of the Law is set out in section 12 of the Privacy Notice. To exercise these rights you may complete the KVKK Application Form and send it to [email protected]. Your application is concluded as soon as possible and in any case within thirty days.
10. Changes to the policy
We update this policy when the tools used on the site change. The current version is always published on this page and the date of last update appears at the beginning of the document. When a new measurement or advertising tool is added, the table is updated on the day the tool goes live.
