Explains how to send us your requests regarding your personal data and within what period we answer your application. It also contains a form you can fill in and submit.
1. Purpose
Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) (the “Law”) grants everyone whose personal data is processed the right to apply to the data controller. Article 13 of the Law and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller regulate how this application is to be made.
This form has been prepared in order to ensure that the application you will make to TTEN Teknoloji A.Ş. contains, in full, the information required by the Communiqué. Using the form is not mandatory; however, applications that do not contain the information listed in the Communiqué cannot be taken into consideration.

3. Application channels
You may submit your application through one of the channels below. Whichever channel you choose, your application must be in Turkish and must contain the information in section 4.

If you are applying on behalf of a third person, a power of attorney containing special authority for the application, or a document evidencing your authority, must be attached. Applications without a document of authority are not processed.

4.6 Attachments

In the copy of your identity document you may black out information that is not necessary for the assessment of your request (for example blood type or the religion field).
4.7 Declaration

5. Response period
Your application is concluded as soon as possible and in any event within thirty days, depending on the nature of your request (Law art. 13). The period starts on the date on which your application reaches us. Where we request additional documents for identity verification, the period continues to run once the document reaches us.

6. Objection in the event of rejection of the application
If your application is rejected, if you find the response we give insufficient, or if your application is not answered within the applicable period, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days from the date on which you learn of the response and in any event within sixty days from the date of the application (Law art. 14). The channel of complaint to the Board is subject to the condition that you have first applied to us.
7. Data collected through this form
The personal data you share in this form is processed solely for the purposes of assessing your application, verifying your identity and responding to you. The legal ground for this processing is the case of “fulfillment of the data controller’s legal obligation” regulated in Article 5 of the Law. The retention period for application records has been set as 3 years from the conclusion of the application. All category-based periods are set out in section 11 of the Privacy Notice (KVKK).
