2. Essential characteristics of the service
2.1 Description of the service
tten is a cloud infrastructure (IaaS) service. Virtual servers and a resource pool are allocated to you, and you run the operating system and applications of your choice on these resources.
You manage your infrastructure in three ways:
Core Panel (core.tten.net): you manage it by clicking in your browser.
Public API (api.tten.net): you manage it by connecting it to your own software.
tten MCP Server (mcp.tten.net): you manage it in natural language with your own artificial intelligence agent.
2.2 Characteristics of the infrastructure
Network and access: The network model varies by product. In the Virtual Data Center, your servers run within an isolated VLAN dedicated to you. In the Cloud Server, your server runs on its own with its own public IP address; there is no isolated VLAN and no local network between servers. In both products, your servers are behind the tten firewall, ports are closed by default, and you define the ports to be opened to the outside on a self-service basis
Location: The infrastructure is hosted in Türkiye. In the Virtual Data Center, your servers run at the data center service points in Istanbul or Ankara. The Cloud Server is offered in Istanbul
Backup: In the Virtual Data Center, each server is backed up automatically every day and the backups are retained for 7 days. In the Cloud Server, backup is an optional additional service; when you add it to your package, your backup is taken automatically every day and retained for 3 days. You can open a backup as a new server or recover a single file from it
Snapshot: A snapshot is not a backup. It is a rollback point taken before a change and is deleted automatically after 24 hours
Availability: The infrastructure operates at an annual availability (uptime) level of 99.99%. Details and out-of-scope cases are set out in the Service Level Statement. The statement does not establish a service credit or compensation regime
Activity records: Operations carried out through the Core Panel and the Public API are recorded and are visible in the Core Panel
Operating system: Common Linux distributions are offered as ready-made images. Root privileges are yours
2.3 Responsibility by layer
The infrastructure is ours; the operating system and everything above it is yours.
tten: physical hardware, virtualization, power and cooling, the tten firewall infrastructure (and, in the Virtual Data Center, the isolated VLAN as well), BGP internet connectivity, taking automatic backups, 24/7 monitoring of the infrastructure.
You: operating system updates and security hardening, the services and applications you install, application data, user and access management, which port you open to the outside, which backup you restore.
The detailed matrix is on the Shared Responsibility Model page. If you also wish to hand over the upper layer, Managed Services is a separate service subject to a separate agreement.
3. Price, taxes and total amount
The package you selected: The name of the package you purchased
Period: The period you selected: monthly or yearly
Amount excluding taxes: The package price excluding VAT
VAT: 20%
Total amount payable: The total amount including VAT
Currency: The price is displayed in USD. Collection is made in Turkish lira at the CBRT foreign exchange selling rate applicable at the time of invoicing
The values of the items above that apply to you are displayed above this form during the order flow and are shown on screen before your approval.
Principles concerning pricing:
The amounts in the price table are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at the time of payment.
Your monthly fee is fixed within your package limits. You distribute the resources in your package among your servers as you wish; creating or deleting a server does not change your invoice.
Items outside your package limits are charged separately. Additional service items and their unit prices are shown in the current price list and appear in your order summary.
Internet traffic is included in your package and is subject to a quota. Traffic exceeding the quota is added to your invoice at the unit price in the current price list.
In the Cloud Server, one public IP address is included in the package. VPN access, additional IP addresses, IPv6 and backup are optional additional services and are charged separately.
You may upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. You see the new price in the panel before you confirm the operation.
There is no long-term commitment.
The price of the period you have paid for does not change during that period. An increase in the list price is applied at the next renewal at the earliest and is notified by e-mail at least 15 days in advance.
4. Payment and invoicing
Payment is made in advance for each period: you pay first and use afterwards.
Accepted payment methods: credit card and bank transfer/EFT.
Payment infrastructure providers: PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. and iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. Your card details are not stored in tten’s systems.
Your invoice is issued electronically and sent to the e-mail address registered to your account.
At the end of the period, your subscription renews automatically and the renewal invoice is issued 7 days before the end of the period. You can stop renewal from the Core Panel, at any time up to the moment of renewal. Your service continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
In the event of non-payment: if the invoice is not paid within 7 days from the end of the period, your service is suspended. If it is still not paid within 7 days from suspension, your service and your data (including backups) are deleted. The fee continues to accrue during the suspension. Once your payment is received, your service is reactivated and no separate fee is charged for this.
5. Performance of the service
The service begins once your payment is approved and the resources are allocated to your account. You create your servers yourself through the Core Panel and start using them within minutes.
The service is provided digitally, in electronic form. There is no physical delivery.
Trial: For the Cloud Server and tten MCP Server products, there is a 7-day free trial for the packages indicated on the relevant product page. At the start of the trial, 1 TL is charged to your card for verification purposes and is refunded automatically. As required by legislation, an invoice is also issued for this amount. Your first invoice is issued when the trial period ends.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date the agreement is concluded, without giving any reason.
Exception: the right of withdrawal ends once performance of the service has begun. Because your server is created and made available to you immediately after your order is confirmed, performance begins instantly in most cases. If performance has begun, the amount corresponding to the period you have used is deducted and the remaining amount is refunded.
If you wish to try the service without paying, the 7-day free trial is offered for this purpose.
Giving notice of withdrawal: You open a support ticket from the Core Panel. You do not need to fill in a separate form. Your notice is recorded and confirmed by e-mail.
Refund: in the event of withdrawal, the amount you paid is refunded through the channel you used for payment within 3 business days. This period is within the maximum period prescribed by the legislation.
Details are in the Right of Withdrawal and Refunds document.
7. Ending the subscription
You end your subscription by stopping automatic renewal from the Core Panel. Your service continues until the end of the period you have paid for and ends automatically at the end of that period.
Retrieving your data: Upon your request, we deliver your server’s disk image in VMDK format. Because VMDK is a widely used virtual disk format, you can move your image directly to VMware, Proxmox or another platform. There is no self-service export. You submit your request through a Core Panel support ticket. No numeric delivery time is committed.
When the service ends, your resources and backups are deleted. No retention period is committed for the time after the service ends. If you need your data, we recommend that you submit your disk image request before the service ends.
8. Processing of personal data
The data that tten processes in its own capacity as data controller (account, contact and invoicing details) is explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
With regard to the personal data you host on the infrastructure, you are the data controller and tten is the data processor. This relationship is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
The infrastructure is hosted in Türkiye; your servers run in Istanbul or Ankara.
tten does not store your passwords.
9. Complaint and application channels

9.2 Official application routes
In the event of a dispute, a buyer acting as a consumer may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or to the consumer court, according to the monetary thresholds. Because the monetary thresholds are updated every year, no amount is stated in this document. You can find out where to apply from the district governorship or municipal consumer arbitration committee of your place of residence or of the place where the transaction was carried out. A buyer purchasing for commercial or professional purposes is not deemed a consumer, so these routes are not available to it. In a dispute, the jurisdiction provision in the Distance Sales Agreement applies.
You may submit applications concerning your personal data using the KVKK Application Form.
10. Approval
When you confirm your order:
that you have read and understood this Preliminary Information Form,
that you accept the Distance Sales Agreement,
that you will comply with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP),
that performance of the service begins immediately after your order is confirmed and that your right of withdrawal ends once performance has begun.
you are deemed to have accepted the above.
A copy of the agreement is sent to you by e-mail and through the Core Panel.
