tten does not ship physical products. This document explains when the service is made available for use, the refund conditions and when your money is returned.
1. Delivery and commencement of the service
tten provides a cloud infrastructure service; it does not ship physical products. For this reason “delivery” is not a shipping process for you, but the service being made available for use.
Your service becomes ready for use the moment your payment is approved. You create your virtual server yourself from Core Panel, from the Public API or through tten MCP Server. The installation of servers is automatic and is completed within minutes. There is no separate delivery date, installation appointment or waiting period.
From the moment of purchase, your service runs on resources reserved for you in the tten infrastructure. Even if you never use your server, these resources (including the network) are allocated to you and are not given to another customer.
2. Price, exchange rate and tax
Service fees are set in USD and are displayed on the site in USD.
Your invoice is issued in Turkish lira. The CBRT foreign exchange selling rate on the invoice date is taken as the basis for the conversion. Because the exchange rate is applied anew in each invoicing period, your Turkish lira amount may change from period to period. Your USD amount remains fixed.
The amounts in the price table are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the rate of 20% is added at the time of payment. You see the total amount you will pay at the payment step.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, in other words for purposes outside a commercial or professional activity, the total amount including all taxes is additionally shown in the order summary and in the pre-contractual information. You see the final amount you will pay on this screen before the contract is concluded.
3. Payment methods
You make your payment by credit card or by bank transfer/EFT. Credit card payments are collected through the payment infrastructures of PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. (“PayTR”) and iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“iyzico”). Your card details are not stored in tten systems.
4. Subscription period and automatic renewal
You choose the subscription period: monthly or annual. A discount specific to lump-sum payment is applied for annual payment.
Your services are renewed automatically at the end of the period. When the renewal payment is received, your service continues without interruption. You do not need to take any further action to maintain your subscription.
5. Termination of the subscription and non-payment
There are three ways to terminate your subscription: you delete your servers yourself from Core Panel, you open a support request for them to be deleted, or you do not make the renewal payment. When a server is deleted, the backups attached to that server are deleted as well.
You continue to use your service until the end of the period for which payment has been made.
In the renewal period, the proforma invoice covering your service fee is generated 7 days before the end of the period. The payment schedule works as follows:
If the invoice is not paid by the end of the period, your service remains open for a further 7 days from the end of the period.
If payment is still not made at the end of this period, your service is suspended. Your server stops; your Core Panel access and your data are preserved. The service fee continues to accrue during the suspension. When your payment is received, your service is reopened and no additional fee is charged for this.
If payment is not made within 7 days from the suspension either, you are deemed to have cancelled the relevant service, and the virtual servers belonging to that service together with their backups are deleted.
The deletion covers only the service for which payment has not been made. Your other services whose payments are up to date are not affected. Tracking your payments is your responsibility. You can view your invoices and your payment status from Core Panel at any time.
6. Refund
The services offered by tten become ready for use the moment they are purchased and occupy the resource reserved for you in the infrastructure (including the network). Even if you never use your server, this resource is allocated to you. For this reason, the period used is not refunded.
In an annual subscription, if you terminate your service before its term, the months you have not used are refunded. When the refund amount is calculated, the discount applied for lump-sum payment is reversed: the months you have used are recalculated over the monthly list price without the annual discount and are deducted from the amount you paid. The remaining amount is refunded to you. If, according to this calculation, the amount to be refunded falls below zero, no additional payment is requested from you and the refund is applied as zero.
The refund is made within 3 business days through the channel by which you made the payment. If this is not possible, it is transferred to the IBAN you provide. For legal entity customers, the refund is additionally recorded as a partial refund against the invoice issued by tten.
The 1 TL verification amount charged to your card at the start of the free trial is refunded. tten transmits the refund instruction to the payment institution immediately after the collection. The time it takes for the amount to appear on your card depends on your bank.
7. After the service has ended
When your service ends, your servers and their backups are deleted. The IP addresses you used return to tten’s address pool and are allocated to other customers.
If you wish to obtain the VMDK backups of your servers, you open a support request. You provide an environment, accessible to tten, to which the backups will be uploaded. tten starts the transfer within 3 business days of your request.
